    + Enterprise Sales Executives

    RST Solutions is looking to expand the Sales Team and we are looking only for individuals with a commitment to personal growth, financial success, and competence in identifying customer business needs suitable for an innovative suite of software products such as Oracle ERP, OnBase by Hyland, JD Edwards etc. The Enterprise Sales Executive will be directly responsible for generating revenue by selling our clients Oracle ERP and ECM (Enterprise Content Management) solutions and services, to new prospects and by cultivating new relationships. This position is directly responsible for all phases of the sales process including lead generation, prospecting, qualifying new opportunities, presentations and proposals. This incumbent will assist sales and executive management with contract negotiations, will work with appropriate team members and have oversight responsibilities for needs assessment, responding to RFPs, solution design and pricing.

    Responsibilities:
    •Identify and create new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and referrals
    •Create and execute a sales plan including the preparation of target lists, strategy and timelines
    •Sell ERP, ECM and SaaS solutions to medium and large size companies across a variety of industries
    •Develop and maintain relationships with Oracle and other partner teams to maximize revenue potential through channel partnerships
    •Meet and exceed established sales quota
    •Understand clients’ business challenges and present solutions in a consultative manner
    •Work in unison with Pre-Sales Engineers and other colleagues to offer appropriate solutions based on client needs
    •Create and draft proposals
    •Identify add on products and applications
    •Record sales activity information in CRM and provide pipeline and activity reports as requested by management
    •Travel between 15-50%
    •Local Candidates Preferred

    Qualifications:
    •High energy and high enthusiasm is a must
    •Proven record of success achieving sales quotas in a solution sales environment
    •Experience with solution, consultative, and strategic selling
    •Strong written and verbal communication skills
    •Proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    •3-5 years’ experience selling software and services solutions
    •3-5 years’ experience selling to business line managers and C Level decision makers
    •Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university is desired
    •Strong team orientation
    •JD Edwards and Hyland OnBase Sales exposure and experience is a BIG plus
    •Experience selling ERP Services, Business Automation, Content Management, or related solutions is a plus
    •Experience selling ERP, Documentum, FileNet, SharePoint etc. is a plus
    •Experience selling cloud computing solutions is a plus
