Last week, some of RST India’s team members had the incredible opportunity to visit Rashtrapati Bhavan, the official residence of the President of India. This architectural marvel, with its rich historical significance, commenced construction in 1912 and was completed over a span of 17 years.
Spanning four floors and encompassing 340 rooms, Rashtrapati Bhavan covers an impressive floor area of 200,000 square feet. Originally known as the Viceroy’s House, it was built at the height of the British Empire and remains one of the largest residences for a head of state in the world.

In this session, we brought the spotlight to enterprise document transformation — using the combined strengths of ABBYY, Laserfiche, and JD Edwards.
We demonstrated how document-heavy departments like Accounts Payable, HR, and Procurement can shift from reactive processing to real-time orchestration. Attendees watched live how invoices, contracts, and requests could be scanned, interpreted, validated, routed, and recorded in JD Edwards with zero manual input.
It was a masterclass in cognitive capture, workflow orchestration, and ERP integration — underpinned by AI and enterprise-grade platforms.
